Open Virtualization Alliance

Comprised of leading virtualization, datacenter, and cloud solution providers, the Open Virtualization Alliance's goal is to help:

Increase overall awareness and understanding of Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM).
Foster the adoption of KVM as an open virtualization alternative to proprietary solutions.
Accelerate the emergence of an ecosystem of third-party solutions around KVM.
Encourage interoperability, promote best practices, and highlight examples of customer successes.

Virtustream is a member company and is part of the Linux® and virtualization ecosystems. OVA businesses leverage open source solutions, so we all benefit from increased KVM adoption. SAP Technology Advisory Board

SAP’s virtualization and cloud technology advisory board is an elite consortium of SAP (NYSE: SAP) customers and partners in the cloud computing industry convened to share their experiences and support the development and testing of SAP cloud technologies. As a member of the advisory board, Virtustream will help guide SAP’s cloud strategy and provide input and requirements related to the development of tools to manage SAP applications in the cloud.

UK & Ireland SAP User Group

Virtustream is proud to be a member of The UK & Ireland SAP User Group - an independent ‘not for profit’ organisation set up to serve the needs of all SAP users, which now includes all SAP BusinessObjects customers, taking any member issues and concerns directly to SAP UK as well as providing members with a forum to share knowledge, best practice and expertise with industry peers.

Set up in 1988, we now have a membership base of over 400 organisations comprising more than 4,000 professionals, who collectively have an unrivalled level of expertise in SAP software and its deployment. As a member of SUGEN (SAP User Group Executive Network), a body made up of 13 international user groups, we also share the concerns of our members and influence SAP at a global level. TAG is a leader in the technology industry. TAG serves as an advocate for positive public policy change that will transform the technology community and will enhance the economic climate of Georgia. Virtustream is an active member in TAG and is dedicated to the promotion and economic advancement of the state's technology industry and provides leadership in driving initiatives in the areas of policy, capital, education and giving.

VMware Partner Technical Advisory Board (PTAB)

As a member of PTAB, Virtustream is one of an elite group of approximately 32 of VMware's top VAC (VMware Authorized Consultant) partners in the Americas. VMware created PTAB to foster an open communication channel between its top partners and product and service leaders. The Board meets quarterly to provide VMware with fresh ideas and constructive feedback to help the company grow its product and service offerings and better meet the needs of customers and partners. Participation in PTAB is strictly by invitation only.
