Rodney J. Rogers

Rodney Rogers has over 20 years of experience developing corporate strategy and executing business process and technology transformations that drive increased growth and profitability, a stronger competitive position in global IT market and measurable value for shareholders and customers. Rodney began his career at Accenture, moved on to become Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Products Division of Florida Crystals/Domino Foods, Co-Founder and CEO of Adjoined Consulting, Inc., Chief Operating Officer - Global Practices, for Kanbay, Inc. (NASDQ: KBAY), and Managing Director of Capgemini’s (Paris: CAP) East U.S. business unit.
Rodney is also the Chairman of the Board of Teliris, a leading provider of telepresence solutions, Lead Director for Greensmith Energy Management Systems, a leader in Smart Grid distributed energy storage, Chief Executive Officer of Blue Lagoon Capital, a private U.S. based executive advisory and venture capital firm, and a Venture Partner for Columbia Capital, a premiere venture capital firm based in Washington, D.C. |

Kevin Reid

Kevin Reid has over 20 years of experience helping progressive companies streamline operations through the innovative application of technology, best practices, and organizational management. He possesses a blend of proven enterprise transformation expertise and "real industry" experience which creates a strong base for the viable application of information technology and virtualization solutions that guarantee economic value for clients. He began his career at Accenture, and then went on to become CIO of the Consumer Products Division of Domino Foods, Co-Founder and CTO of Adjoined Consulting, Inc., Global Practice Lead for Kanbay, Inc., and Vice President for the Business Intelligence and Systems Integration Practices within the North American Business Consulting Unit of Capgemini.
In addition, Reid is President of and has operational responsibility for Blue Lagoon Advisors, LLC, and is the Chairman of the Board and has with P&L responsibility for Greensmith Energy Management Systems, LLC. |

Matt Newton
Partner, Columbia Capital
Matt Newton is a partner at Columbia Capital, a premier venture capital franchise in wireless, broadband, media, and enterprise information technology investing. Matt joined Columbia Capital in 1996 and focuses on investments in the wireless communications and IT services sectors. Matt is currently a member of the Board of Directors of CCTV Wireless, ExteNet Systems, MindSHIFT Technologies, Optasite, Revol Wireless, and TriStar Investors. Previous investments that Matt has led or co-led on behalf of Columbia Capital include Adjoined Technologies (acquired by Kanbay International), Affinity Internet (acquired by Hostway), WCS Wireless (acquired by Nextwave Wireless), and WNP Communications (acquired by XO Communications). Prior to joining Columbia Capital, Matt spent several years in the corporate finance department of Dean Witter Reynolds where he focused on private market financings for industrial manufacturing and services companies. Matt received his B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University. |

Patrick Hendy
Partner, Columbia Capital
Patrick Hendy is a partner at Columbia Capital, a premier venture capital franchise in wireless, broadband, media, and enterprise information technology investing. Patrick joined Columbia Capital in 2002 and focuses on communication services and media investments. Patrick is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Mobi PCS and Ruckus Network and is actively involved with Columbia's portfolio of communication services providers including Hoak Media, Presidio, The Tennis Channel, and SiTV. Patrick has also worked closely with a number of former Columbia portfolio companies including WCS Wireless (acquired by Nextwave Wireless) and XM Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: XMSR). Prior to joining Columbia Capital, Patrick served as a senior analyst in the Global Telecommunications and Media Investment Banking Group of J.P. Morgan in New York, structuring public and private equity and debt financings as well as merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he served as a financial analyst in the Debt Capital Markets Group of Wachovia Securities. Patrick received his B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University. |

Alan Taetle

Alan Taetle joined NMP in 1998 and has focused his investment activities on software and information technology companies. He currently represents NMP on the boards of Abaco Mobile, BroadSource, Clearleap, SecureWorks, StarPound and Vocalocity, and oversees one other investment, Damballa.
Alan was previously a director or observer for several prior NMP investments, including Adjoined Consulting (sold to Capgemini), OpenSite Technologies (sold to Siebel Systems), CipherTrust, Inc. (sold to Secure Computing), and PRE Holdings (sold to InComm).
Prior to joining NMP, Alan was the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for MindSpring (which merged with EarthLink in 2000). Alan joined MindSpring as its 13th employee in 1995, and oversaw the company’s subscriber growth from 4,000 to over 325,000 in just three years. Prior to MindSpring, Alan served in various systems and product management roles with CogniTech Corporation, Itochu International, and Electronic Data Systems. Alan is a previous board member of ChoicePoint, Inc. (sale pending to Reed Elsevier).
Alan is the Chairman of the Florida Venture Forum and serves on the board of the Atlanta CEO Council. Alan serves on the Board of Advisors of the Georgia Tech College of Computing. He is also a charter member of TiE Atlanta. Alan received a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |

Julian Box has over 23 years of experience helping progressive companies streamline operations through the innovative application of technology including 8 years delivery strategic based virtualization solutions, operational readiness, and dynamic and agile solutions for tomorrow needs.
Julian started his career as a Technical Consultant with Bluebird Software, IBM and Space Computer Systems. In 1995, Julian founded and became Managing Director for VirtualizeIT Limited, a provider of virtualization technology, server virtualization, anywhere computing and green IT solutions. VirtualizeIT has continually been a finalist and winner of several UK & EMEA industry awards in recognition of their quality and ability to deliver specialized consultancy services and complete virtualization projects, including ICT Excellent Awards Ireland 2008 – Green IT Initiative of the Year, Winner of VMware’s EMEA Consultancy Partner of the Year 2008, and Finalist in 2008 Techworld Awards – Green IT Project of the Year. |
