Julian Box
Executive Vice President, Cloud Platform Services, EMEA
As Executive Vice President of the Cloud Platform Services team in EMEA, Julian Box is charged with defining the strategy, product development and business development of our portfolio of service offerings around the Cloud and the XStream platform. He also currently chairs Virtustream’s Innovation Committee.
Julian has over 23 years of experience helping progressive companies streamline operations through the innovative application of technology, including nearly a decade of delivering dynamic and agile virtualization solutions.
Prior to Virtustream, he founded and was Managing Director for VirtualizeIT Limited, a provider of virtualization technology, server virtualization, anywhere computing and green IT solutions. From the time of its inception in 1995, VirtualizeIT won several UK & EMEA industry awards in recognition of its ability to deliver specialized consultancy services and complex virtualization projects, including:
- 2008 ICT Excellence Award for the Green IT Initiative of the Year
- VMware’s 2008 EMEA Consultancy Partner of the Year
- Finalist for the 2008 Techworld Awards - Green IT Project of the Year
