Kevin Reid
Chief Executive Officer, Virtustream

Kevin Reid has over 20 years of experience helping progressive companies streamline operations through the innovative application of technology, best practices, and organizational management. He possesses a blend of proven enterprise transformation expertise and "real industry" experience which creates a strong base for the viable application of information technology and vitalization solutions that guarantee economic value for clients. He began his career at Accenture, and then went on to become CIO of the Consumer Products Division of Domino Foods, Co-Founder and CTO of Adjoined Consulting, Inc., Global Practice Lead for Kanbay, Inc., and Vice President for the Business Intelligence and Systems Integration Practices within the North American Business Consulting Unit of Capgemini.

In addition, Reid is President of and has operational responsibility for Blue Lagoon Advisors, LLC, and is the Chairman of the Board and has with P&L responsibility for Greensmith Energy Management Systems, LLC.

Julian Box
Chief Technology Officer, Virtustream

Julian Box has over 23 years of experience helping progressive companies streamline operations through the innovative application of technology including 8 years delivery strategic based virtualization solutions, operational readiness, and dynamic and agile solutions for tomorrow needs.

Julian started his career as a Technical Consultant with Bluebird Software, IBM and Space Computer Systems. In 1995, Julian founded and became Managing Director for VirtualizeIT Limited, a provider of virtualization technology, server virtualization, anywhere computing and green IT solutions. VirtualizeIT has continually been a finalist and winner of several UK & EMEA industry awards in recognition of their quality and ability to deliver specialized consultancy services and complete virtualization projects, including ICT Excellent Awards Ireland 2008 – Green IT Initiative of the Year, Winner of VMware’s EMEA Consultancy Partner of the Year 2008, and Finalist in 2008 Techworld Awards – Green IT Project of the Year.

Mike Rosenbloom
Chief Operating Officer

Mike Rosenbloom is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience balanced between the consulting and private sectors with extensive expertise in the design, implementation and operation of complex information systems technology. Mike began his career at Accenture where he gained experience in the design and implementation of information systems technology that supported re-engineered business processes according to industry best practices. He left Accenture to assume the role of Director of Operations at an international consumer products manufacturer responsible for all aspects of supply chain management and order fulfillment and directed the migration of all manufacturing operations from the United States to Mexico.  Mike then went on to co-found Adjoined Consulting and led the SAP Hosting & Outsourcing Unit in the United States and Latin America. He later went to Capgemini where he was a vice president on the Americas Leadership Team and served as the North America Hosting / Application Outsourcing Business Unit Leader.

Kevin Cheetham
Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Cheetham is the Chief Financial Officer of Virtustream with global responsibility for the accounting, finance, legal and human resources functions.

Prior to joining Virtustream, Kevin was with Gladstone Management, an investment advisor of publically traded investment funds. Kevin was President of Gladstone Administration, the external administrative investment advisor which provided all accounting, SEC reporting, internal audit, treasury, legal, regulatory compliance and investor relations functions to the Gladstone Funds.

Before Gladstone, Kevin spent 6 years at SynXis Corporation, a Software as a Service (SaaS) company, where he held the roles of EVP, CFO and Treasurer. He also held executive positions, including Vice President and Controller, at TREEV, Inc. (formerly Network Imaging Corporation), a NASDAQ listed Software Company and at Mobil Oil in the internal audit and treasury departments. Kevin began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co, where he was part of the New York audit practice.

Kevin has served on the Board of Innovectra Corporation and, in June of 2005, was a finalist for CFO of the Year for the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), the Maryland Council and the DC Tech Council. He is a CPA in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Virginia and holds a BBA from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst ).

Matt Theurer
Vice President, Professional Services

Matthew Theurer has been designing and deploying IT solutions for 20 years, architecting IT solutions to solve real world challenges for companies ranging in size from tens of users to tens of thousands of users. He was one of the first individuals ever certified on Vmware’s virtualization platform and holds many industry certifications including certifications from Microsoft, Cisco and EMC.

Matt began his career working for the Federal Government designing “Smart” building solutions and went on to become a senior systems engineer and project manager for CIS Global and VirtuaLogic, Inc. In 2001, Matt joined Sean Jennings to start Brigh Technologies, Inc. specializing in Disaster Recovery and highly available systems architectures. He served as President, CIO, and a Principal Consultant with Brigh Technologies.

Matt studied Electrical Engineering with a focus in Computer Hardware design at the University of Maryland at College Park and received his B.S. in December of 1992.

Sean Jennings
Vice President, Managed Services

Sean Jennings has over 20 years of experience enabling commercial and government enterprises of all sizes gain efficiencies and competitive advantage through the design and deployment of creative, forward looking IT solutions. Sean Jennings has been at the vanguard of the migration to commodity platforms throughout his career, designing solutions around and earning numerous certifications from industry leaders Novell, Microsoft, EMC, HP/Compaq/DEC, Checkpoint, and VMware long before they became fashionable.

Sean began his career as a programmer for Control Data, before transitioning into systems management and architecture on VAX and x86 platforms as a Senior Systems Engineer for Funds Associates Limited and PNC Bank. He was the Microsoft Systems Practice Manager for Virtualogic, a leading systems integrator in the x86 space, now a part of EDS. He was also a Systems Architect and Vice President for National Cooperative Bank with responsibility for Disaster Recovery of x86 systems, Solaris, and AS/400. In 2001, Sean co-founded Brigh Technologies, Inc., with Matt Theurer. Brigh Technologies was a thought leader in the application of Virtualization solutions and one of VMware’s first consulting services partners

Anthony Pino
Vice President, Sales North America

Tony has more than 20 years experience in the high tech industry from an engineering and sales perspective and a diverse technology background covering all aspects of technology including networking, storage, and virtualization. Since 2002, Tony Pino has led Brigh Technologies in the capacity of Sales, Strategic Direction, Marketing, and Business Development. Tony was instrumental to developing the B2B relationships with its key partners such as VMware, EMC, and Riverbed. Prior to joining Brigh Technologies, Tony served as a Senior Director of Pre-Sales Engineers at Inktomi, an Internet infrastructure and search engine company.

Tony holds multiple sales certifications and earned a Masters Degree from University of Maryland.

Andrew Rigby
Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Professional Services - EMEA Region

Andy Rigby has over 26 years experience working in the information technology field for IBM UK where he held several executive sales leadership roles focusing on resolving complex business and IT related issues for clients in various vertical industries such as retail, pharmaceuticals and finance.

Andy was the IBM System I (now Power systems) Business Director for Northern Europe leading the successful transformation of that Business whilst maintaining strong profitable revenue growth and client satisfaction. He went onto lead the London Territory within IBM's General Business overseeing several successful business transformation projects for clients and focusing on growing Mid Market accounts specifically. During this time business grew significantly whilst improving customer satisfaction to the highest possible levels.

Most recently Andy led IBM’s recruitment drive to find new Business Partners with whom to build mutually successful growth businesses.

Lyn Fowler
Director of Sales - EMEA Region

Lyn Fowler has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the IT arena with specific expertise selling leading edge technology solutons that help firms maintain their competitive edge in a dynamic market. Before Virtustream, Lyn was a cofounder and Sales & Marketing Director for Qcubed Limited, an IBM Business partner specializing in the mid market arena. Qcubed specialized in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions based on IBM Systems, software and services coupled with complementary products.

Previously, Lyn was a Managing Director at Storm Data Systems, a sales consultancy firm that catered to blue chip clients looking to build a cohesive sales process. Before that she was a Sales Director at Quattro Consulting and over a 2 year period, was instrumental in helping the firm to attain IBM Business Partner status and responsible for growing the firms revenue10 fold. Lyn was also a Sales Director with Centron International, a sales executive at Aztec Computers and the Sales Support Manager to the OEM Division at IBM, UK.

Glenn Robinson
Director of Technical Services - EMEA Region
 

Glenn Robinson has over 20 years of experience in the IT arena with specific expertise in designing and delivering resilient, flexible and scalable infrastructure solutions.

Glenn came to Virtustream from Qcubed Limited, a company he founded in January of 2008 with Lyn Fowler. As Technical Director, Glenn focused on delivering complex IT solutions to major blue chips companies leading with IBM’s portfolio of hardware and software products. Qcubed received a number of awards from IBM such as IBM Midmarket BP for 2008 and the IBM BP Technical Excellence award 2008. For ten years prior to that, Glenn was a co-founder and Managing Director for Quattro Consulting Limited, a technical consultancy and services organisation focused on the IBM iSeries-AS/400 community.

Glenn’s earlier career included various technical management positions including, Technical Coordinator for Systems Guidance Ltd., Technical Services Manager for Advanced Cybertronics, Technical Manager for Space Computers Ltd, and Senior Technical Consultant for Oak Brook International.
Adam Ryan
Director, Solutions Architecture

Adam Ryan is responsible for the advancement and application of virtualization technologies to deliver the most efficient, resilient and automated infrastructure solutions with an emphasis on innovation and green technologies. He has 20 years of experience and is recognized as a thought leader in this space.

Most recently, Adam was the Strategic Services Director and co-founder of VirtualizeIT. He is also the co-founder of Vacademy, a collective and collaborative organization designed to the advancement of virtualization consultancy and is responsible for the development of the vShare initiative dedicated to mind-share between the members throughout EMEA. Adam started his career as a Senior Consultant for QA Consulting, Space Computer Systems, Sovereign Computer and IBM.

Andy Conoops
Director of Applications Management - EMEA Region

Andy Conoops has 25 year of experience delivering infrastructure and business transformation through the use of virtualization strategies and technologies.

Andy started his career as a Mainframe Computer Operator (NCR) at Computer Patent Annuities, then went on to become a Network Manager and a Senior Manager of Global technology Services for Computer Patent Annuities. He later served as Client Services Director then as Technical Services Director for VirtualizeIT where he was responsible for the delivery of all technical project and support services.

Adrian Hunt
Director of Infrastructure as a Service - EMEA Region

Adrian Hunt has 23 years of experience on a variety of platforms and data networks with experience in the financial, private and public sectors as a senior systems engineer and as an in-house expert. At Virtustream, Adrian is responsible for the design, delivery and operation of the global Managed Services Platform.

Adrian started his career with Philips RCS Ltd. as an OPS (CAD) Operator in Portables Technical Support. He then went on to Anglia Business Computers (UK) Ltd and as Technical Support specialist. After that, he went on to join Space Computer Systems Ltd as Systems Engineer, PaineWebber International (UK) Ltd. as a Vice President - Security, Information Technology and UBS AG as Director, Senior Infrastructure Architect. Most recently Adrian was the Director of Managed Services for VirtualizeIT.

Laura Johnson
Director of Technology Research & Development

Laura Johnson is responsible for the advancement and application of virtualization technologies to deliver the most efficient, resilient and automated infrastructure solutions with an emphasis on innovation and green technologies. With extensive experience in a range of technologies from multiple vendors such as Microsoft, Citrix and VMware she is also adept in the design and implementation of network and security infrastructure.

Most recently Laura was a Senior Consultant for C5 Alliance, however during her career she has gained experience working in London, Germany and the US, starting her career as a Network Administrator through to Technical Architect for Computer Patent Annuities. Most recently Laura has provided consultancy to one of Jersey’s leading offshore banks resulting in the implementation of a highly available virtual data centre.
