Cloud Staging
If moving to the cloud is on your roadmap but you are not quite ready to make the leap, we can help you bridge the gap. We will provide you with a roadmap to the cloud, including an opex model for colocation when it makes sense for your business, with a custom set of Managed Hosting services in a pure monthly fee model. When you are ready, we will let you move from your colocation contract to the Virtustream cloud at no exit cost. All hardware and licensing capex risk is ours.
Managed Hosting
Virtustream can provide continuous hands-on management for key functions like patch management, database administration, system management and on-site support at a fraction of what these services would cost you to provide with dedicated resources at committed service levels.

Security and compliance are at the heart of Virtustream's business and our company takes it very seriously. We are committed to conforming to the highest levels of compliance in the security management industry.
Virtustream Facility and IaaS Compliance Certifications
Virtustream's xStream cloud software assists our customers to meet mandatory Legislative requirements, and achieve and maintain SSAE16, ISAE3402, PCI-DSS 2.0, FISMA, IS0 27001-2005, ISO 9001-2008, HIPAA/HITEC, and other leading cloud certifications and compliance frameworks in the customer's own environment (when coupled with identified operational and management controls).
Notes:
1 SSAE16 is successor to SAS70, ISAE3402 is its international equivalent. SOC 1 and SOC 2 are supported.
2 FISMA supported in dedicated HW scenarios. Virtustream assists with ATO certification. US: FISMA moderate, UK: FISMA low.

4 Virtustream contributes appropriate physical, administrative and technical security capabilites.
Additionally, Virustream's xStream software can be an enabler in achieving these certifications in your own environment when coupled with appropriate operational and management controls.
In addition, the company has successful demonstrated compliance for three KPMG-led Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audits and all of our data center personnel are government security cleared.
